Residential Maintenance

Let's talk about the system that heats and cools your home. The one you don't even think about unless something goes wrong. Did you know, your system operates in excess of 3,000 hours per year? Sometimes, in severe weather, it will run for 72 hours straight without shutting off! You probably don't pay much attention to your system until it stops operating one day - inevitably on the worst weather related day of the year .

In comparison, if you drove your vehicle 3,000 hours a year at 40 miles per hour, that would be 120,000 miles per year! That's a lot of miles! Can you imagine never maintaining that vehicle? It wouldn't last very long.

You don't expect your vehicle to operate without regular maintenance and you shouldn't expect your heating and cooling system to either. If you want to extend the life of your equipment and save money, then maintenance is the obvious choice. Some price levels are listed below. If you are unsure of what kind of equipment you have, a service technician can confirm that information on your first maintenance visit.
