Flat-Rate Pricing
In addition, we use a flat-rate pricing book for most repairs. This averages out the time and material necessary to repair your system for our region. Your technician should go over that price with you before repairs are made. If the repair in the book is said to take 1 hour and our technician takes 2 hours, it will be the same price you were quoted from our flat-rate book.
Residential Diagnostics & Repairs
Diagnostic Fee: $145.00 + Tax
This price covers all of our licenses and necessary insurances we need to show up at your home and provide a professional diagnosis. If we get called back out to your home within 7 days for the same issue, we do not charge you an additional diagnostic fee. How good is that?!
No Commission-Based Sales
Don't feel bad for the technician—we still pay him a proper hourly wage. We don't pay our techs on a commission basis like many HVAC companies, so you can rest assured any repairs or suggestions we make are not motivated by a dollar sign.

Commercial Diagnostics & Repairs
Hourly Fee: $199.00 + Tax
This is a fee that covers all of our licenses and necessary insurances with the limits you need for our technician(s) to show up at your commercial building or place of business. Because commercial equipment is used differently than residential equipment is, we charge hourly as most commercial repairs have to be invoiced on a time and material basis.
